Refund policy

Your teacher declines

If your teacher declines a submission, you are refunded in full automatically, to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show it.

Your teacher hasn't reviewed it

If your teacher hasn't delivered feedback within 14 days and you no longer want to wait, write to [email protected] and we will refund you in full.

After feedback is delivered

Once your teacher has shared feedback, the submission can't be refunded: the work has been done. This is shown before you pay.

If something went wrong, for example the wrong photos were sent or a technical problem spoiled the feedback, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
